We want to update you with info about shippment.
BackerKit generates a list according to the type of pledge and sorts it alphabetically. We are using that list for the shippment, not the backers order from Kickstarter. So, the location of each backer is also not the order of shipping. Aprox one third of the total orders has been shipped currently, and another third will be shipped before the month ends.
We can not publish a list of those who has been shipped due to Data Protection regulation. Also, not everybody who has received the goods is willing to publish about it in KS comments or updates.
We want to add that some countries have restricted the shippments from Spain, for that reason those orders are ready but we will ship them when frontiers are opened again. Even for those that are opened, in some locations there are delays due to their amount of work. We are going to update with a list of those countries that are suffering restrictions or delays.
We have sent emails and pm to those who has been shipped. Please, check the pm folder in KS and your spam folder in your email account.
We don´t have any other way to inform you about the shippments that have been done more than contacting you directly as we are doing, all the process is working normally.
We totally know that this waiting is being hard for everybody and we want to thank you again for all of your patience.

Queremos proporcionaros más información respecto a los envíos.
Bk genera un listado en base al tipo de pledge y lo ordena alfabéticamente. Estamos siguiendo ese listado interno de BK para los envíos, no el número de backer en KS. Por lo tanto, la ubicación de cada backer no marca tampoco el orden para los envíos. Hemos enviado aproximadamente un tercio del total, y esperamos tener otro tercio enviado antes de fin de mes.
No podemos publicar un listado de los que están enviados y los que no por la Ley de protección de datos. Igualmente, no todo el mundo que ha recibido sus pinturas comenta públicamente.
Queremos comentar que hay países que tienen restringidos los envíos desde España, motivo por el cual esos paquetes están preparados pero en el almacén. Incluso algunos países que admiten los envíos con normalidad están sufriendo retrasos en algunas localizaciones debido al volumen de trabajo. Vamos a publicar una actualización con el listado de los países que están teniendo restricciones o retrasos.
Hemos enviado emails y mensajes privados a través de KS a los backers enviados. Por favor, comprobad vuestra bandeja de KS y bandeja de spam para más seguridad.
No tenemos otra manera de informaros de cómo van los envíos que hacerlos y contactar con vosotros, y todo el proceso está en marcha y se desarrolla con normalidad. Sabemos que la espera es dura y os damos las gracias por vuestra paciencia.
